The purpose of the NJFCA is to maintain the highest possible standards in football and in the profession of coaching football; to promote the highest level of interscholastic competition and to honor the young men who play this great game. In addition, the goal of the association is to have a strong voice in legislation that affects football programs across the state. Last, but not least, is the commitment to foster good fellowship, sportsmanship and academic achievement on and off the playing field.
