Complete super 100 list of players 2016
Dear Coach:
We are asking you to nominate your SENIORS for the Super 100. Your player(s) must be at minimum a 1st Team All-Conference or All-County selection. Please complete all the information requested on this form. All DUES PAYING coaches are invited to attend the meeting and have dinner as we break up to select the 25 players from each section of the state. You must be a current NJFCA 2015/16 dues-paying member or your players are not eligible.
**Please use this form TWICE if you have two players that meet the criteria and you believe that they are one of New Jersey’s Top 100 Players. Please rank the players if you nominate more than one as first choice or second.
