I would also like to invite you and your linemen to the 8TH ANNUAL VALLEY STRONGMAN CHALLENGE. This one-day competition will be held simultaneously on Thursday, July 19th at Wayne Valley High School. This exciting event will begin at 3:45pm, and will include non-contact competitive drills designed to challenge your linemen’s strength, agility, and stamina while working together as one cohesive unit. Some of the events to be included will be a tire flip, tire carry, sled push, fireman’s carry, and tug-o-war to name just a few. The top four teams in the standings will then compete in a final winner-take-all obstacle course race to determine this year’s overall winner.
The event is a great way to help develop your team chemistry among your linemen during the off-season through spirited competition as a unit. The winning team will be awarded a championship trophy for their outstanding performance. There is a maximum capacity of 16 teams (each team consists of a group of 5 players) so please reserve your spot as soon as possible (see attached registration form for information). Cost for the Strongman event is $50 per team.
