The New Jersey Football Coaches Association (NJFCA) annually honors 100 senior student-athletes by selecting them for the Super 100 All-Star Team, which recognizes 25 young men from each of the state's four sections: North 1, North 2, Central, and South. These young men are nominated by their coaches and voted on by NJFCA member coaches within their respective section. The nomination period opens at the conclusion of the season. The teams are selected at the first NJFCA Kickoff meeting held in December at Rutgers in the Hale Center.

The accomplishments of these young men are celebrated at the annual Super 100 Banquet held each March.
