NJFCA Awards

In accordance with the NJFCA mission of promoting the highest level of interscholastic competition and honoring the players, as well as maintaining the professional standards for coaches across the state of New Jersey, the NJFCA recognizes multiple coaches and athletes annually.

Below is a brief description of each award program, you can learn more about each by following the link below each.

Coach of the Year (COY) Awards

The annual COY award recognizes ten coaches, (two Head and Assistant) from each of the Non-Public, North 1, North 2, Central and South sections. Nominations are made by current association members and voted on by the NJFCA Executive Committee.

Hall of Fame (HOF) Awards

Up to eight careered coaches from around the state (four Head and four Assistant) are inducted into the NJFCA HOF each year. Nominations are made by current association members and voted on by the NJFCA Executive Committee.

Super 100 Awards

Each year, 100 senior student-athletes (25 players from each of the North 1, North 2, Central and South regions) are named to the Super 100 all-star team. Players are nominated by their coach, and voted on by NJFCA member coaches from within their region.
