Hall of Fame Nominations - Assistant Coach

NJFCA Members may nominate potential HOF candidates to the NJFCA Executive Committee via the form below.

The NJFCA Executive Committee will review all submissions to ensure candidates meet the point criterion in addition to the standards of ethics and integrity that reflect the core values of the NJFCA. Any history of illegal, unethical, and/or unsportsmanlike acts are all factors that will be taken into consideration during the vetting process. All final submissions are subject to the NJFCA Executive Committee’s final approval for placement on the ballot.

Once candidates are officially placed on the ballot, the NJFCA Executive Committee will deliberate and vote. A two-thirds Executive Committee vote is required for a nominee to be inducted into the NJFCA Hall of Fame.

The NJFCA Executive Committee reserves the right to induct members into the Hall of Fame that do not meet the numerical criterion or have passed the 5 year threshold, based on a two-thirds vote of the Executive Committee. This mechanism will ensure that extenuating circumstances or life altering events do not prevent worthy coaches from entry into the NJFCA Hall Of Fame.

The NJFCA will induct no more than 4 Hall of Fame honorees each year unless the NJFCA  Executive Committee grants a waiver for extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.

Once candidates are placed on the ballot they will remain there for a 5 year period. When the 5 year period has concluded they will be removed from the ballot. However, they may be re-nominated.
